Voted #1 Coed Flag Football league in Philadelphia and Suburban Area. The UMPR Co-ed Flag Football league is a competitive and recreational version of a popular American game. Individuals and teams are encouraged to register. Fall and Spring leagues with regular season games and playoffs. Teams will be organized and play according to national rules and regulations.
